Full payment is due upon completion and approval of your website. The domain and website remain the property of Magnolia Web Design Services until payment is received in full. Once payment clears, full ownership of the domain and website is transferred to you. Websites with an unpaid balance may be taken offline until payment is made.

How long does a typical project take?
Essentials sites are delivered in 2–3 weeks and Professional sites in 3–4 weeks. Bespoke projects vary based on scope — we'll give you a firm timeline after the free consultation.
What's included in the price?
Strategy, design, development, copy structure, basic SEO, and final handover. Each tier lists exactly what you'll receive, with no surprise add-ons.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds at the design stage. Additional rounds can be added at our standard hourly rate so you stay in control of the budget.
Can I get my project finished faster?
Yes — add Expedited production for $100. Your project jumps the queue and receives priority scheduling for the fastest possible turnaround.
How do payments work?
Payment is due once your website is finished and you've approved it. We launch the site, send you an invoice, and the full balance is due on completion. As soon as payment clears, the domain and website are transferred to you. We accept card and ACH.
Who owns the site when it's done?
You do — fully. The domain and website remain ours until the invoice is paid in full, and the moment it clears we transfer the domain and hand over source files, accounts, and documentation. From there the site is yours to host and run however you like.
